Our Story

Pulsarai was established in early 2024 in Singapore by a small group of practitioners who had been working at the intersection of language understanding and software systems for several years. We noticed a persistent gap between the technical capabilities of language models and the practical needs of organisations trying to implement them thoughtfully.

Many businesses we spoke with were interested in conversational systems, document processing, and other applications of natural language technology, but they were seeking implementation partners who understood both the technical landscape and the importance of careful, context-aware deployment. We founded Pulsarai to address that need.

Our approach combines linguistic expertise with software development experience and a commitment to understanding each client's operational environment. Based in Singapore's central business district, we work primarily with organisations in the Asia-Pacific region, though we maintain relationships with partners globally.
